Few things are harder to read than e-mail composed with unusual type or exceptionally large or small characters. If your subject is business-related, create a polished, professional look by using a standard typeface such as Times New Roman, Courier, or Arial. And stick with the 10-point to 12-point font sizes most readers are comfortable with:
