Summary

The readers of your plan want to know your organizational structure—who does what in your company, the various responsibilities each person has, the tasks assigned to each of them, the tasks given to each division of your company, and how many of your team are executives, managers, and key personnel. Your management and personnel team are the human resources of your company.

Your organizational structure will become the basis from which to project your personnel cost in your financial plan. Don't make the mistake of placing unqualified friends or family in key management positions. You may find gaps in your organizational structure. You should mention these gaps in management and key personnel that still need to be filled.
