Your implementation plan also provides a well-thought-out roadmap for applying your time and resources in the critical early stages of your business operation, and it enables you to lay out a timeframe for accomplishing all of the tasks necessary for reaching your business goals. As you've learned in this chapter, you need to break down the phases of your implementation plan into three parts. What is the objective or target to reach in each phase? What tasks or actions must be performed in each phase? And what overall milestones have you set for accomplishing those tasks and reaching those goals?
