Use visual elements for emphasis

Visually emphasize the most important information. Visual elements can help make the organization of the information more obvious; they can also help to focus the user's attention on the most important information.

Highlighting words or phrases gives them greater importance by making them stand out visually. You can increase this effect with visual elements such as symbols and icons, rules, bullets, tabs, color, and shading.
