Image  Use accusations or judge the person.

Image  Pass along vague feedback from others.

Image  Give advice unless asked.

Image  Sandwich your negative feedback between positive messages.

Image  Generalize or exaggerate your feedback with word like always and never.

Image  Label a behavior as a problem.
