How to Get Feedback

How to Get Feedback

Feedback provides information that lets you know how you are doing. If you are monitoring your everyday work, it lets you know how you measure up. If you have set a development goal for yourself, it reinforces the changes you are making, boosts self-confidence, and encourages you to continue. If you are in a new job, it lets you know whether you are learning the new skills that are required. If you have experienced a career setback, it gives you information that helps you evaluate the situation.
