Escalating the problem caller

Every once in a while, no matter how good you are at customer service, some calls will need to be escalated (forwarded) to a supervisor. Do not feel as though you have not done a good job; there are just some people who cannot be satisfied no matter what you say or do. You will please most of the customers most of the time, and that is pretty good.
