You have heard of irate callers, right? Well, now there are irate emails. If you are about to send an angry email: Stop. It might be wise to put your thoughts down on paper first, then reread what you wrote and take a cooling off period (overnight if need be) before replying. Cooling off first will help you decide if an angry email is the best way to accomplish your goal.
