An Inner-Directed Approach to Your Job Search

It requires that you develop an inner compass to the kinds of work most likely to give you satisfaction and success, with faith in your inherent marketability while you pursue what you do best and most enjoy.

Identifying an objective reflects a job search philosophy that states the benefits of focus are greater than the risks. You have much more to gain by targeting your resume toward acquiring a specific kind of work.
