Interviews

Employment interviews are costly; therefore, you must be prepared for probing questions. Interviewers are not necessarily trying to make you feel pressured. More likely, they are trying to value the cost of the interview process by going beneath the surface to learn more about how well you think, how well you handle unanticipated situations, how well you maintain your composure.
