Letter Format

Here is a sample of a properly formated business letter:

Dear Customer:

Welcome to Western Bank. Your new loan has been placed on record and funds have been distributed. We are pleased to welcome you to our growing family of borrowers.

Enclosed is a brochure that explains how your loan payments are to be made. For questions regarding your loan, please write to the Loan Service Unit assigned to help you. An enclosure explains how to contact your Loan Service Unit.

Also enclosed is a card that outlines the benefits of our mortgage life and disability insurance program, which has the added convenience of including your monthly premium cost with your monthly mortgage payments. An authorized representative of Western Financial Corporation will call on you in the near future with more details about these and other benefits.

We thank you for your new loan with Western Bank and look forward to the privilege of serving you.
