Remember that responses to our persuasive appeals are not just based on logical reasoning. Peoples’ feelings, wants, and preferences also contribute to the decision-making process. When an audience simply doesn’t seem motivated enough to give their support to your ideas, requests, or plans, you have to devise ways of creating that motivation!
