Review Your Score Sheet

Something that happens too often in presentations is that the same mistakes keep occurring. It's helpful to prepare a scorecard after the presentation. For example, why did the preparation have so many problems, and why couldn't we get in that excellent video clip? What can be learned from that exercise to improve the process?

When, on the other hand, the presentation seems to have been successful on many counts, was that by accident? Not likely. What made it successful? It helps to know what worked, because you may want to use those things again or even make greater use of them the next time.
