Letters Correcting Wrong Shipment

Sample Letters 8.22 and 8.23 were written following incorrect product shipments. In Sample Letter 8.22, the letter writer immediately explains that the correct product is being shipped by express. He apologizes for the error and asks the customer to return the product at his convenience and at the company's expense. Sample Letter 8.23 is a variation on the theme.
