REMEMBER

It's almost impossible to prepare too much. I have never worked in a training room that was perfect; I have always had to move furniture, make last-minute phone calls, or adjust equipment. Usually, I do all of that. My best preparation is to imagine everything that could go wrong and have a contingency plan that would resolve any problem. Check everything, and check it again. Preparation is always a worthwhile investment.
