John: Well Laura! Let me compliment you in achieving your targets and generating high morale among your team members.

Laura: Thanks John. However, most of the credit goes to my team. They’ve done all the hard work.

John: It's true that you team has done a good job, but only because of your guidance. You have shown us a different path by which productivity can be increased while keeping stress levels low. In the past, we’ve lost a number of valuable employees who left because of high stress, which is why we really appreciate your work. You sincerely deserve this credit.

Laura: Thank you sir.

John: Thank you very much for this excellent year. We look forward to a similar performance from you next year.

Laura: I’ll do my best.
