Explanation

Managers affect elements of a positive emotional culture such as leadership, loyalty, and empowerment. It is the manager’s responsibility to set an example for strong leadership and effective management. Managers must show loyalty to their employees if they want their employees to return that loyalty. Managers must also empower employees to learn to do things for themselves in order to keep the workplace strong and efficient.
