Arranging meeting space for a small group

You need to consider several factors when arranging meeting space for a small group. The actual number of people who will be involved, the topic, and the level of comfort the group has with one another should all be taken into consideration when arranging for a small meeting.

With a group of two, three, or four, including yourself, you should arrange the meeting space around a small round or square table. This will give all persons involved a writing space and a place to put cups or other items.
