Advanced Interpersonal Communication

Unit 1

You also learned about the corresponding secondary communications styles for each of these types. Finally, you learned about the different verbal and nonverbal modes of communication.

Unit 2

In this unit, you learned about the elements that influence a first impression. Then, you learned about the guidelines you should follow for building rapport and credibility with others. Finally, you learned about the types of questions that you should avoid asking and about the guidelines for asking questions.
