Analyzing the Process of Proposal Writing

The process of writing proposals can be analyzed by asking several basic questions. The answers to them can translate into the various parts of a proposal. (See Figure 6.2.) These questions, considered as thoroughly as possible, not only will define the basic purpose for writing a proposal but also will provide an outline of the necessary content. We now need to consider the context of a proposal in detail.
