Each week, revisit your goal. Assess your progress and decide what action you will take that week toward achieving your goal. Set new milestones as needed.

You can use this step-by-step process with other goals; however, CCL recommends that you focus on just one or two goals at first. If you choose, use the Goal Planning Worksheet on page 27 to summarize your goals.
