Working in a cubicle requires a level of tact and consideration not required in offices with doors. Cubicle walls provide only quasi-privacy—think of a cubicle as a fishbowl without water. Everyone can see, hear, and smell everything that goes on in your cubicle. Cubicle conflicts are a common source of tension and stress, but can easily be avoided.
