Stress is like many diseases in that it can be contagious. It can also be deadly if you don’t learn to balance your life.

Stress is an automatic reaction to a perceived need for some action. If stress is triggered and you take action, you can overcome the effects. When you are immobilized by stress, internal pressures rapidly build and can reach dangerous levels.
