Always keep in mind the ultimate purpose of any interaction. In your business relationships, shouting, sarcasm, or belittling comments will not help you reach your goals. Being angry or sarcastic in response to negative comments will only escalate anger and take you farther and farther from your objectives.

Win-win outcomes are possible in every human encounter. But it is up to you to overcome your emotions and reduce communication barriers. Displaying self-confidence and poise will help you work better with others in a spirit of cooperation, not competition.
