Chapter 16. Closing the Interview

How you close the interview is as important as your responses. Virtually every interviewer will end the session by asking if you have any questions for them. Don’t pass up this opportunity to further demonstrate your interest in the company and the position. Come prepared with some closing questions and try to save at least one of them for this moment. This will demonstrate that you:

prepared for the interview

are interested in the organization

established a rapport with the interviewer

have knowledge about the organization

understand the position
