Chapter 29. Resolve Differences

Hopefully it will never be necessary to actually confront your mentor for what he or she is doing or not doing. However, even in situations where it would be helpful to clarify or resolve differences, many mentees will be reluctant to take the initiative. Mentees may be concerned that they will not handle the situation well, they might be perceived as adversarial, or the relationship might be damaged and they will lose this source of important and useful information.
