Strong-Suit Competencies That Apply to Current and Future Positions

A separate sheet should identify and outline the competencies required for your current position and the one you’d like next. In addition to the skills listed on the evaluation form, discuss areas such as leadership, vision, product knowledge, customer relations, communication and mentoring, organizational skills, integrity, resourcefulness, task orientation, speed and accuracy, adaptability, analytical skills, and conflict resolution.
