Chapter 21. Customizing Without Programm... > Adding a Command to the Cursor Menu

Adding a Command to the Cursor Menu

Modifying AutoCAD’s main menu is a common method of customizing AutoCAD. However, extensive modification of this menu requires advanced knowledge of AutoCAD’s menu macro language, the DIESEL programming language, or the AutoLISP programming language. Although these topics are beyond the intent and scope of this book, simple modifications of the cursor menu, for example, are possible with only a basic understanding of AutoCAD’s menu macro language. Figure 21.11 shows an unmodified Osnap menu.
