Okay, let's go. 1. 2. 3. Press the Tab key to flip the Device Rack. Click and drag a virtual cable from the Note CV output of the Matrix to the CV input of the Subtractor. Click and drag a virtual cable from the Gate CV output of the Matrix to the Gate CV input of the Subtractor. At this point, you can click on Play to hear your sequence play back. Also, notice that the Curve CV output of the Matrix is connected to the Detune input of Unison (see Figure 13.22). Switch the Curve mode from unipolar to bipolar. Press the Tab key to flip the Device Rack. Switch the Edit mode on the Matrix from Key to Curve mode. Write in a curve pattern that looks like Figure 13.23. Click on Play. You should now hear your Subtractor sequence playing back as well as the Unison detune parameter in action. At this point, you might want to change the number of voices that the Unison creates by clicking on the Voice Count parameter. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.
