About Editing Real Instrument Regions

In GarageBand 1, you couldn't do much to Real Instrument regions in the track editor. You could rename them (and rename tracks as well), and you could transpose regions made from Real Instrument loops but not Real Instrument recordings. GarageBand 2 adds several new features to the Real Instrument track editor, including the ability to transpose Real Instrument regions recorded in GarageBand (you still can't transpose audio files you drag in from the Finder, alas). You can now tweak the tuning or timing of an entire Real Instrument track to make up for inaccuracies in performance.
