DoubleDelay

Delays, as you might guess, are effects that delay and then repeat the incoming audio signal. Delay effects have the following fundamental parameters:

  • The length of time for the delay, usually expressed in milliseconds or in tempo divisions.

  • The amount of the delayed signal that is fed back into the delay effect. This creates “delays upon delays” of more than one repeat created by the effect and is usually called feedback.

  • The mix between the unaffected dry signal and the effected “wet” signal.
