Chapter 2. Creating and Selecting Objects

After you are comfortable with the LightWave user interface, you are ready to begin building objects. You build objects in the Modeler interface using both primitive objects and parts. LightWave includes many default primitive objects, which you create by simply dragging in the viewports. You can set various options for these primitive objects using the Numeric panel. Other basic objects include text, points, polygons, and curves.
