Handle the Details

Many details of models are typical. You don't need to reinvent them each time you encounter them (although you'll probably still have to build them). This section looks at a couple of extremely common problems: using soft edges and capping off open ends.

Topology is everything with these problems—when you understand what you're trying to make, it's often easy to find a way to make it.
