Shaping with Vertices

Extruding and outlining polygons will get you only so far in box modeling. At some point, you'll have to start moving vertices around to get the model into shape.

To work with vertices, you must first access the Vertex sub-object level. To do this, you can choose Vertex from the modifier stack, or click the Vertex button on the Selection rollout. Then you can start selecting vertices and moving them around.
