Chapter 17. Hierarchical Linking: Ease M... > Applying Multiplier Curves

Applying Multiplier Curves

In this first exercise, you'll use the scene from the last chapter in which the airplane is taxiing down the runway, ready for takeoff. The animation of the propeller has been slowed significantly, so your first task will be to increase the speed of the rotation, at first only slightly as the plane is taxiing, and then considerably faster as it takes off. You'll apply a Multiplier curve to the existing animation much in the same way you applied an Ease curve to change the velocity of the dummy object that pulls the airplane down the path.
