Lesson 6. Working with Particles > Applying Behaviors to Particles

Applying Behaviors to Particles

You've created particles and adjusted their parameters, including their color, in the Inspector. Let's see what happens when you apply behaviors.

You can apply behaviors to either the particle emitter or the particle cell. Behaviors applied to the emitter affect the emitter—or where the particles are born. Behaviors applied to the particle cell are in turn applied to each individual particle. Let's apply the Edge Collision behavior to the particle cell so that the particles bounce off the edges of the frame.
