Animating Shapes

Because a shape is an object, you can animate it with behaviors and/or keyframes just as you would other objects. You can make its parameters—such as Position, Rotation, Scale, Outline Width, and so on—change over time.

In addition, you can animate the location of a shape’s individual control points so that the form of the shape changes over time as the control points move (Figure 12.27). You accomplish this by keyframing the individual control points—these keyframes are stored in the Shape Animation parameter.
