Chapter 9. Using Filters > Adjusting Filters

Adjusting Filters

Every filter has at least one parameter (such as its center, radius, angle, amount, or height) that has a default value you can change. Once you apply a filter, you’ll likely want to change its default parameter values to dial-in a specific look. As with other elements, you can change some parameters in the Canvas, more parameters in the Dashboard, and all available parameters in the Inspector.

You can rename, move, copy, paste, enable, lock, and reorder filters like you do other Motion elements by using either the Layers tab or the Timeline.
