Geometric Modifiers

Geometric modifiers use a wireframe box called a modifier gizmo to deform objects with respect to the axes of the gizmo and the modifier center (Figure 6.20). When you change the parameters of the modifier, the modifier gizmo changes shape. This in turn alters the shape of the object it modifies (Figure 6.21). (Modifier gizmos are not to be confused with transform gizmos, discussed in Chapter 5.)
