Chapter 8. AcquireImages > Photoshop filters

Photoshop filters

Photoshop filters can only be applied to placed bitmap image objects. Once a filter is applied to an object, the filter name will be listed on the Photoshop Filters palette when that object is selected. You can apply an unlimited number of filters to the same object. In fact, you can achieve some beautiful effects by combining them. Are you ready for the fun part? Filter effects are editable after they're applied, and each filter can be turned off and on individually (see the following page).

Do it again

To apply the last-applied filter to a different object, select the object and then choose Filter menu >Apply Last Filter (Command-F/Ctrl-F).
